2. Cancellation Policy

  • After the 12-hour window, your order will be processed and prepared for shipment, and cancellation will no longer be possible.

3. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return window for eligible products.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 30 calendar days from the date you received the product.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or invoice.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Await our confirmation email with instructions and the return address.
  3. Package the items securely in the original packaging and send them to the address provided.

5. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.

Please note that refunds will only be issued for eligible items returned in accordance with this policy.


6. Non-Refundable Items
